Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Premier Property Inspection website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
Premier Property Inspection provides professional property inspection services in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area, including but not limited to:
- Comprehensive property inspections
- Pre-purchase and pre-sale inspections
- New construction inspections
- 11-month warranty inspections
Scheduling and Cancellation
- Inspections are scheduled based on mutual availability and subject to confirmation
- We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee
Inspection Reports
- Inspection reports are delivered within 24 hours of the completed inspection
- Reports are provided for the exclusive use of the client who ordered the inspection
- Reports reflect the condition of the property at the time of inspection only
- Our inspections follow the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) Standards of Practice
Limitation of Liability
Premier Property Inspection's liability is limited to the fee paid for the inspection. We are not liable for any conditions that were not reasonably observable at the time of inspection, concealed defects, or conditions that develop after the inspection date.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Premier Property Inspection and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
Website Use
- You agree not to misuse the website or interfere with its normal operation
- Automated data collection (scraping, bots) is prohibited without written permission
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the website at any time
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.
